3. How do I place an order?

Simply browse your favorite fragrances, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
You can pay online via credit/debit card or choose Cash-on-Delivery (COD) for eligible locations.

4. Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver nationwide — including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and other major cities — through our trusted courier partners.

5. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within:

  • Karachi: 1–3 working days
  • Other cities: 3–6 working days
    During holidays or promotional periods, delivery times may slightly vary.

6. What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free on orders if you buy more then 02 SKUs .

7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please contact support@dehnee.com.pk or WhatsApp +92 333 222 4416 as soon as possible to modify or cancel your order.

8. What if I received a wrong or damaged item?

If you receive the wrong fragrance or a damaged product, please inform us within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or return after verifying the issue, as per our Refund Policy.

9. Are your perfumes original and long-lasting?

Absolutely! All Dehnee fragrances are original, authentic, and long-lasting — formulated using high-grade essential oils sourced from Dubai.
We do not sell testers, refills, or replicas.

We offer returns within 3 days of receiving your order — only for unused and sealed products, or in case of wrong/damaged delivery.
